The ZY8000T Series gas, steam, oil, and liquid 4-20mA BUS, MODBUS, FIELD BUS high-precision, straight-connection, explosion-proof, intelligent digital pressure transmitter sets a new standard in pressure measurement.
The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an outstanding highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an exceptional 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial cost savings on maintenance. Its robust metal housing and entirely sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, the ZY8000 excels in anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses the power of cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and an innovative modular design. The sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and is converted to a digital signal through a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication by the D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols output full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly onsite using the three adjustment buttons, effortlessly reading measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be achieved through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unmatched flexibility and control.

The ZY8000 series features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. When predefined fault conditions are met, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.for utmost convenience.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, expressing alarms as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
