The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, seamlessly integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor with a modular design. This high-performance transmitter takes the signal generated by the sensor, amplifies it, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a pristine digital signal. The integrated microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Additionally, for transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA, FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the intuitive 3-button interface and read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Configuration is also possible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering maximum flexibility.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's stability and reliability.
ZY8000 integrates diagnostic functions, allowing real-time monitoring of its status. Upon encountering predefined event thresholds, the transmitter will trigger a fault alert mode, outputting alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. If a fault occurs, the LCD automatically displays an error message, identifies and analyzes the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be configured as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without readjustment.
