The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter epitomizes cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This remarkable device captures signals from the sensor, enhances them, and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform them into digital signals. Within the microprocessor, these signals undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
Transmitters equipped with HART protocol seamlessly convert signals into 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signals through the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the output is a complete digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signal. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters directly on-site with three adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model, in particular, offers integrated diagnostic functions with real-time self-monitoring capabilities. In case of faults, the transmitter enters an alert mode, displaying error notifications (Err) on the LCD and emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA). It also provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic functions can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
