The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device incorporating advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors paired with a modular design. This cutting-edge technology ensures precision and reliability by converting sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter into digital signals. These signals are then meticulously processed in the microprocessor for linear and temperature corrections, ensuring top-notch performance.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. For those equipped with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter provides direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The device stores measurement data and functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs, allowing for easy adjustments. Users can fine-tune parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons or remotely set them via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols. The comprehensive LCD display offers real-time readings of measurement results, fault information, and operation modes.

The ZY8000 model features an integrated diagnostic function capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In event of a fault, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
This diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should any electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
