The ZY8000 features an advanced integrated diagnostic function that continually monitors its status in real-time. When it detects predefined fault conditions, it activates a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and issuing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Should a fault occur, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err', pinpointing and diagnosing the problematic unit. This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making these processes smooth and efficient.
