The ZY8000 series boasts an impressive base accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the potential to reach an outstanding 0.075% FS. Engineered for longevity, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. features an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a cutting-edge modular design. This combination ensures that the signals generated by the sensor are amplified and converted into digital signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter. These signals are then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, guaranteeing precise and reliable readings.
For transmitters utilizing the HART protocol, the digital signal is transformed into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART component via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The unit's measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users have the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, with the ability to read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameters can be configured using HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 model incorporates an integrated diagnostic function for real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined fault parameters, the transmitter initiates fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows 'Err', automatically analyzes, and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic functionality can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms may manifest as warning or fault protection currents. Automated diagnostics monitor the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status, allowing for straightforward on-site replacement of damaged electronic units or measuring elements without the need for recalibration.
