Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy, greatly reducing maintenance costs. Coupled with exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ZY8000 guarantees high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions that monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters alert mode, emits alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, where alarms are indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
