The sensor signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming into a pristine digital signal. This signal is then subjected to rigorous linear and temperature compensation within a high-performance microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a state-of-the-art D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF capabilities, the output is a fully digital PROFIBUS-PA or FF signal. Measurement data and essential functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of on-site parameter adjustments via three intuitive buttons, along with real-time access to measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operation modes through an easy-to-read LCD display. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a predefined fault, it enters an alert mode, emits an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and the SIS safety system. In case of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays 'Err,' identifies the faulty unit, thereby simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making maintenance and troubleshooting more streamlined and efficient.
The diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as either warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without needing recalibration.
