The ZY8000 is equipped with a sophisticated integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of defined quantity events being exceeded, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display promptly shows an 'Err' message, automatically diagnosing and identifying the specific faulty unit. This feature significantly streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing user convenience.
