Thanks to its compact form, minimal pressure drop, impressive range ratio of 10:1, and straightforward installation and maintenance, it is a preferred choice across a multitude of industries.
This flowmeter excels in demanding environments, offering optimal performance for flow and process control, catering especially to low flow rates, modest velocities, and challenging medium conditions, thus proving its versatility and reliability.

Ensuring the proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial to its effective operation. Key Installation Considerations:

(1) Install the flowmeter vertically, allowing the fluid to move upward through it. Ensure a straight pipe span of at least five times the instrument's diameter on both ends. For new pipelines, a thorough flush is essential before installing the flowmeter to prevent contamination.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter, while positioning a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream to regulate flow. For smaller instruments, a filter should precede the flowmeter, and if magnetic particles exist in the medium, a magnetic filter is necessary beforehand.

(3) For easy maintenance and replacement, incorporate a bypass line during the installation to ensure zero downtime and smooth operations.

(4) If the medium is particularly dirty, regular cleaning of the pipes and float is necessary to maintain optimal performance and prevent buildup.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter generally offers measurement accuracy to a level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, consider alternative measurement solutions, as this may not fulfill the exacting standards required.
