ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of predefined quantity events, the transmitter initiates fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. When electronic units or measuring elements are damaged, the faulty components can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
