The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of defined quantity anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display instantly shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring that system downtime is minimized and efficiency is maximized.

The transmitter’s accuracy is maximized by combining diverse remote devices with a specialized oil-filling mechanism, meeting rigorous cleanliness standards. It boasts excellent product stability with the highest accuracy at normal temperatures reaching up to 0.075%.
