The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of defined quantity anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display instantly shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit. This simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, ensuring that system downtime is minimized and efficiency is maximized.
