The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design. This high-precision system transforms sensor-generated signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into digital signals. These are meticulously refined through linear and temperature corrections within a robust microprocessor.
For transmitters with HART protocol, the system converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal using a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. Measurement unit data and transmitter functional parameters are stored in separate EEPROMs, ensuring reliability and precision. Users can fine-tune parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display, or configure settings via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. When predefined events occur, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically identifying and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and the replacement process.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
