The ZY8000 Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter is a marvel of engineering, featuring an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This state-of-the-art device transforms the sensor's signals by amplifying them and using a high-speed dual A/D converter. These digital signals are then meticulously refined through linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signals are seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication via a D/A converter. In the case of PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, they deliver fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The comprehensive data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two distinct EEPROMs. Users enjoy the convenience of adjusting parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers an intuitive interface to read measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. Alternatively, parameters can be effortlessly configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 integrates real-time diagnostic functions to monitor its own status. Upon encountering predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit for easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
