The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter leverages state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and boasts a cutting-edge modular design. By amplifying the sensor's signal and utilizing a high-speed dual A/D converter, the transmitter translates the signal into digital form. This digital signal then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with the HART protocol, signals are converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while also accessing measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms communicated as warning or fault protection currents.
