The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. Upon encountering predefined events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and offers control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.tasks..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without needing readjustment.
