The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit for simplified maintenance, repair, and replacement.
