Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is predominantly utilized for initiating, closing, pressure balancing, and discharging the input signals of differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It facilitates easy installation, maintenance, and online inspection of instruments. The valve group is designed to be dependable and user-friendly.
This versatile valve group is categorized into 2-valve sets, 3-valve sets, and 5-valve sets based on their functionalities and P-type
(Flat type), T-type, H-type, and cylinder stop valve by their structure.
Integrated Valve Group
This valve group and transmitter assembly undergoes comprehensive pressure and leakage testing at the factory, ensuring reduced on-site installation time and preventing potential leakage issues during installation.
Valve Group Features
· Safety Stop Pin
Engineered with a stainless steel pin that prevents the valve seat from detaching from the valve body.
· Valve Body Design
Constructed with an integrated structure, offering high strength and exceptional reliability.
· Valve Seat Sealing
Features hard sealing between stainless steel components, ensuring safety and reliability.
· Valve Core
Utilizes a segmented structure for the valve core, enhancing sealing performance and extending the service life of the valve group. The handle operation has also been optimized for better user experience.
· Lubricating Grease
High-quality imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to minimize friction and enhance sealing performance.

The valve groups are managed by stop valves, discharge valves, and balance valves. Despite their different functions, all valves share common structure features, though they vary in size and markings.
