PACKING & SHIPPING: We take immense pride in our meticulous packing and shipping processes, designed to guarantee the safe and prompt delivery of your high-value orders.
We are committed to delivering your ordered product at the earliest date as per your requirements, ensuring timely and efficient service. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to meet your deadlines, providing exceptional and seamless service every step of the way.The installation of the electromagnetic flowmeter varies depending on the site pipeline conditions. Flowmeters without a ball valve should be installed on a non-pressurized pipeline, which allows for the selection of flowmeters without a ball valve.
A hole with a diameter of 50 should be made in the pipeline, and preparations should be made to weld a connecting pipe to the opening in the pipeline.
For scenarios requiring continuous flow during loading and unloading, or where media overflow is not permitted, it's essential to add a ball valve. Therefore, selecting an insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeter with a ball valve structure is necessary.
A hole with a diameter of 50 should be made in the pipeline, and preparations should be made to weld a connecting pipe to the opening in the pipeline.

The requirements for the straight pipe sections are 5D upstream and 3D downstream; this ensures proper use of the electromagnetic flowmeter and meets accuracy requirements.
The measurement principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter does not depend on the characteristics of the flow.
If there is some turbulence and vortices generated in the non-measurement area of the pipeline (e.g., elbows, tangential throttling, or a partially open shut-off valve upstream), it will not affect the measurement.
However, if steady-state vortices exist in the measurement area, they will affect the stability and accuracy of the measurement.
In such cases, measures should be taken to stabilize the flow distribution:
1.2. Pipeline-Type Electromagnetic Flowmeter
2.1. Requirements for Straight Sections: To mitigate the effects of vortices and flow field distortion, specific lengths for the straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the flowmeter are required. Otherwise, measurement accuracy will be affected (a straightener can also be installed, and avoid installation close to control valves and partially open valves).
2.2. Requirements for the Process Pipes: The flowmeter has specific requirements for the upstream and downstream process pipes at the installation point to ensure measurement accuracy. a. The inner diameter of the upstream and downstream process pipes should be the same as that of the sensor and must meet the condition: 0.98DN ≤ D ≤ 1.05DN (where DN is the inner diameter of the sensor, and D is the inner diameter of the process pipe). b. The process pipe and the sensor must be concentric, with an axial deviation not exceeding 0.05DN.
2.3. Requirements for Bypass Pipes To ensure seamless maintenance of the flowmeter, it's highly recommended to install a bypass pipe. For applications involving heavily contaminated fluids or scenarios where the flowmeter needs cleaning without halting fluid flow, a bypass pipe becomes essential. a. Facilitates effortless maintenance of the flowmeter. b. Mandatory for heavily contaminated fluids. c. Ensures continuous fluid flow during flowmeter cleaning.
3. Installation Requirements for Insertion-Type Electromagnetic Flowmeters
3.1. Requirements for Straight Pipe Sections Inlet and outlet straight pipe sections: The inlet should be ≥ 10×DN, while the outlet should be ≥ 5×DN. These precise measurements guarantee accurate and reliable flow readings.
3.2. Requirements for Grounding Points To guarantee the reliable operation and enhanced measurement accuracy of the instrument, it must be free from external parasitic potentials. The sensor should be well grounded with a resistance of less than 10. (If the metal pipeline is already well grounded, a dedicated grounding device is not required.)
3.3. Requirements for Installation Position as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
