The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design, represents the pinnacle of precision and innovation. The sensor generates a signal that is amplified and converted into a high-speed digital signal by a dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For the transmitter equipped with HART protocol, it seamlessly converts to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal through the D/A converter. For those integrated with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it provides direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers exceptional accuracy with a basic precision of 0.1% FS (and a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic system that continuously monitors its own status. In the event of a fault, it activates a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display promptly shows an Err message, automatically diagnosing and highlighting the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifesting as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operating status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without requiring recalibration.
