The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, offering significant cost savings on maintenance. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily handles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, providing real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Maintenance has never been more straightforward with this advanced diagnostic capability.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed in the form of warning or fault protection currents. The automatic diagnostics cover SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be effortlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
