The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter features an impressive accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, offering significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing outstanding stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, capable of real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, signaling with an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems following predefined events. Upon fault detection, the LCD display immediately shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the malfunctioning unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be configured as warning or fault protection currents. It autonomously diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without requiring readjustment.
