The ZY8000 sets a new standard in intelligent transmitters with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an exceptional maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Product Parameters

 

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design. It converts the sensor signal to a digital format using an advanced amplification process and a high-speed dual A/D converter. This digital signal is then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is transformed into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC with an overlaid HART communication signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and can view measurement results, fault alerts, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols for ultimate flexibility.

ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of exceeding defined parameter limits, the transmitter will enter a fault alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocking and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.conveniently.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as either warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should damage occur to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
