Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a staggering 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements enable it to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, the transmitter's superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. In case of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err', automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
