The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter showcases cutting-edge engineering with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in measurements.
With HART protocol compatibility, the transmitter seamlessly converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART output using a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and Foundation Fieldbus (FF) transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering unmatched versatility and convenience.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software conditions. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, it can be replaced directly on-site without recalibration.
