The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. leverages cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors combined with a highly modular design. The sensor-generated signals undergo amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming them into digital signals. These signals are then subjected to meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For models featuring HART protocols, the transmitter converts digital signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication. Models with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs. Critical data from the measuring unit, along with functional parameters, are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the intuitive 3-button interface, view real-time measurements, fault diagnostics, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile and seamless integration.
