The ZY8000 High Precision Intelligent Digital Pressure Transmitter features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a groundbreaking modular design. Utilizing advanced amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, the sensor's signal is meticulously transformed into a digital format. This signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the sophisticated microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the transformed signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, seamlessly superimposed with HART communication. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols provide direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs. Crucial data from the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measuring site using the intuitive 3-button interface, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault notifications, and operation modes. Additionally, parameter configuration is conveniently accessible through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our basic accuracy intelligent transmitter, features an impressive 0.1% FS accuracy (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. The ZY8000 also excels in anti-electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
ZY8000 integrates advanced diagnostic functions to monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the statuses of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without the need for readjustment.
