The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function, allowing for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it triggers an alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and the SIS safety system. When an issue arises, the LCD screen instantly displays an error message (Err), automatically identifying and indicating the faulty component. This feature greatly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing operational convenience.

Different materials and types of remote devices, combined with a specialized oil filling system, maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness requirements. The product boasts outstanding stability and the highest accuracy at normal temperatures, reaching up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell structure is weather-resistant and compatible with the HART protocol.
