Installation:

The metal rotor flowmeter, a masterpiece in variable area flow measurement, ingeniously determines flow through observation of the float's position.

With an all-metal structure and a modular design ethos, it boasts compactness, minimal pressure loss, and an impressive range ratio (10:1).
Its effortless installation and maintenance make it indispensable across numerous sectors, even in the most challenging and complex environments.
Perfect for managing flow and process control in applications with small flow rates, low velocities, and stringent medium conditions.

Ensuring the correct installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is critical for optimal performance. Bear these installation guidelines in mind:

(1) Position the flowmeter vertically, ensuring the fluid travels upwards through the device. Integrate a straight pipe stretch of five times the instrument diameter at both ends. For fresh installations, thoroughly cleanse the pipeline before setting up the flowmeter.

(2) Incorporate a valve before the flowmeter and a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter afterwards. Install a filter before small diameter instruments. If magnetic contaminants are present, utilize a magnetic filter ahead of the flowmeter.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate easy replacement, connect a bypass pipeline when installing the flowmeter.

(4) For mediums prone to contamination, ensure regular cleaning of the pipes and float to maintain optimal performance.

(5) Typically, the metal rotor flowmeter delivers a measurement accuracy of 1.5. For precision demands beyond this, consider alternative measurement solutions to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
