The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents a pinnacle of engineering innovation, incorporating a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a modular design. This cutting-edge device amplifies the sensor's signal and employs a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a digital signal. It then undergoes precise linear and temperature correction within a sophisticated microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is adeptly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART component via a D/A converter. PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, on the other hand, offer direct output of full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Crucially, the measurement unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and can read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes directly on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS at its peak). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly handles extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it boasts superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of predefined quantity anomalies, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, outputs a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes the faulty unit, and displays it, greatly simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. The system performs automatic diagnostics on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without needing re-calibration.
