Introducing the ZY8000: our Intelligent Pressure Transmitter with an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, and an outstanding highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Engineered to perfection, the ZY8000 maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical challenges. Furthermore, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time self-monitoring. In case of a fault, it triggers a fault alert mode, delivering an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems after a specified number of events. Should an error arise, the LCD display will automatically show 'Err' and identify the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
