Designed for precision, it excels in controlling flow and processes for small flow rates and low velocities, adapting effortlessly to various stringent medium conditions.

Ensuring the metal rotor flowmeter is correctly installed is crucial for optimal functionality. Key installation guidelines include:

(1) The flowmeter must be positioned vertically, directing the fluid from the bottom upwards. It is essential to have a straight pipe segment both before and after the flowmeter, each being five times the meter's diameter. For new pipelines, comprehensive flushing is necessary prior to installation.

(2) An upstream valve is mandatory, with a flow control valve 5 to 10 times the diameter downstream. For narrower instruments, install a filter upstream. If magnetic materials are present in the fluid, a magnetic filter is crucial before the meter.

(3) To ensure seamless maintenance and easy substitution of the flowmeter, incorporating a bypass pipeline during installation is recommended.

(4) For mediums with high impurity levels, regular cleaning of pipes and floats is critical to maintain performance.

(5) While the flowmeter's measurement accuracy typically stands at 1.5, those requiring more precise measurements might need to consider alternatives to the metal tube rotor flowmeter.
