Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
The measured
pressure is effectively transmitted through remote
transmission devices,
which then convey the data to the transmitter
via oil-filled capillary technology.
This device can proficiently measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments where the transmitter needs to be positioned remotely.
It is exceptionally suited for high viscosity fluids, substances prone to crystallization, or corrosive media. Widely used across sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries, this transmitter is a versatile and indispensable tool.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching an incredible 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Should a fault arise, the transmitter enters alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding defined event thresholds. The LCD display promptly shows 'Err' upon a fault, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
