The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an ultimate precision of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Crafted with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error ('Err'), identifying and analyzing the faulty unit to facilitate easier maintenance, repair, and replacement.
