The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter is a marvel of modern engineering, crafted with an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sleek modular design. This cutting-edge device takes the signal produced by the sensor, amplifies it, and then processes it through a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a pristine digital signal. The microprocessor further enhances this signal by performing precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with a superimposed HART signal by the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be accomplished through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

This feature simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes significantly.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be set as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of an electronic unit or measuring element failure, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
