The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter from Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a masterpiece of modern engineering. Its state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and innovative modular design ensure unparalleled precision. The sensor's signals are amplified and transformed into digital signals through a high-speed dual A/D converter, then fine-tuned for linear and temperature corrections within the advanced microprocessor.
For models equipped with HART protocol, the digital signals are meticulously converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Those outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and conveniently read measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the crystal-clear LCD display. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. After a decade of continuous operation, it still maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Should a fault occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of components like SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
