It is extensively used across petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an impressive baseline accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Over a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon detecting a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.This makes maintenance and troubleshooting procedures moreconvenient and efficient.
