The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
