Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after crossing a defined threshold of events. When a fault is detected, the LCD display shows 'Err' and automatically identifies and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
