The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an impressive 0.075% FS. With a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly cutting down on maintenance costs. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology, utilizing an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and a sophisticated modular design. This sensor expertly converts signals through amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming them into digital signals. These signals then undergo precise linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC range, superimposed with HART communication signals via the D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The transmitter's data and functional parameters are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site through three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Additionally, parameter setup can be easily managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Upon detecting predefined anomalies, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen displays 'Err,' automatically analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more simple andconvenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. This automatic diagnostic capability monitors the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
