Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, it offers exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzing and identifying faulty units to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
