The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology coupled with a meticulous modular design. This sensor-generated signal undergoes amplification and a high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming it into a digital signal. Within the microprocessor, it is then subjected to precise linear and temperature corrections.
For the transmitters using HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters outfitted with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters onsite using the 3 adjustment buttons, and conveniently view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is possible via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzing and indicating the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
