The ZY8000D High Precision Micro Differential Pressure Transmitter is engineered for exacting pressure measurement in gases,
liquids, and a variety of other media. It is extensively utilized in petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000D Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest precision reaching 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it features superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function for real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, issuing an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and analyzes and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.
This makes the instrument exceptionallyuser-friendly.
