The ZY8000 integrates real-time diagnostic functions, continuously monitoring its status. In the event of a defined fault, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD automatically displays 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance and repairs.This feature ensures unparalleled convenience..
Diagnostic functions can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can manifest as warning or fault protection currents, with automatic diagnostics covering SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If an electronic unit or measuring element fails, the faulty component can be replaced on-site without readjustment, streamlining the repair process.
