This exceptional device boasts an all-metal structure with a modular design that ensures adaptability and resilience. Its remarkable features include a compact size, minimal pressure loss, an impressive range ratio of 10:1, and effortless installation and maintenance.
The metal rotor flowmeter is the preferred choice across diverse industries, even when faced with complex and harsh environmental conditions, thanks to its robust performance.
It is expertly utilized for precise flow and process control of small flow rates, maintaining accuracy even at low velocities, and is ideal for handling various demanding medium conditions.

Proper installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is crucial for optimal functionality, ensuring seamless performance and longevity. Keep these key installation considerations in mind:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed in a vertical position, ensuring the measured fluid flows smoothly from bottom to top through the device. Ensure there is a straight pipe section of at least five times the instrument diameter at both the inlet and outlet. Before installation, thoroughly flush newly installed pipelines to prevent any obstructions.

(2) Install a valve upstream of the flowmeter, with a flow control valve positioned 5 to 10 times the instrument diameter downstream. For instruments with smaller diameters, a filter should be fitted upstream. If the medium contains magnetic materials, install a magnetic filter before the flowmeter to ensure smooth operation.

(3) To streamline maintenance and enable easy replacement of the flowmeter, incorporate a bypass pipeline during installation, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

(4) In cases where the measured medium is prone to dirt accumulation, timely cleaning of pipes and the float is essential to maintain accuracy and prevent any potential blockages.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter offers a measurement accuracy level of 1.5. For applications demanding higher precision, consider alternative instruments, as the metal tube rotor flowmeter may not meet stringent accuracy requirements.
