ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined quantity events, the transmitter triggers fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
