The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of anomalies beyond predefined thresholds, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' during faults, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for swift and straightforward maintenance, repair, and replacement.
