Its simple installation and maintenance make it the ideal choice for a wide array of industries, even in the most challenging and demanding environments.
This versatile instrument excels in the meticulous control of flow and processes involving small flow rates, low velocities, and diverse media and conditions.

Ensuring the precise installation of the metal rotor flowmeter is critical to its flawless operation. Key installation guidelines include:

(1) The flowmeter should be installed in a vertical position, allowing the fluid to traverse from bottom to top. Ensure the presence of a straight pipe section at the inlet and outlet, each measuring five times the instrument's diameter. For new installations, flush the pipelines thoroughly before positioning the flowmeter.

(2) Position a valve upstream of the flowmeter and place a flow control valve downstream at a distance of 5 to 10 times the instrument's diameter. For instruments of smaller diameters, incorporate a filter upstream. Should the medium contain magnetic elements, a magnetic filter preceding the flowmeter is recommended.

(3) To streamline maintenance and facilitate seamless replacement, integrate a bypass pipeline during the installation process.

(4) In instances where the measured medium is particularly dirty, ensure timely cleaning of the pipes and float to maintain performance.

(5) The metal rotor flowmeter typically delivers measurement accuracy at a level of 1.5. For needs demanding even greater precision, alternative flowmeter solutions are advised.
