Our Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter is designed for exceptional sensing accuracy.
It measures
pressure with remote
transmission
devices and sends data to the transmitter
using an oil-filled capillary system.
It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed at a distance).
This versatile device is perfect for handling high viscosity fluids, easily precipitating crystalline substances, or corrosive media. It finds extensive applications in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and various machinery equipment industries.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional maximum accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, translating into significant maintenance cost savings. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter can effortlessly withstand harsh chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter shifts to a fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and issuing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err', identify and display the faulty unit, which simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks, making them more straightforward and efficient.
