The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a sophisticated modular design. The signal generated by the sensor is amplified and transformed into a digital signal via a high-speed dual A/D converter. It then undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters with the HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART by a D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and functional parameters of the transmitter are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters in real-time at the measurement site using three intuitive adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setting is conveniently achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows an error, analyzing and displaying the faulty unit for simpler maintenance, repair, and replacement. Diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms indicated through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without readjustment.
